WooCommerce Photo Reviews Reviews Not Importing

I’m migrating a site from Shopify. I’ve downloaded all of the photo reviews from Shopify and I’m trying to import via WooCommerce Photo Reviews Pro import functionality. No matter what I try it will never import any of the reviews. I’ve tried editing the date format to make sure that was acceptable. I’ve tried toggling the import from Shopify toggle. I’ve tried only importing the required fields vs all fields. Nothing works. How can I successfully import my photo reviews from Shopify to this plugin?
