Woocommerce Subscriptions in renewing in the wrong price

I am using Multi-Currency with Woocommerce subscriptions. The base currency is AUD and GBP is set at an exchange rate set at .5.

This works fine on the front end when a customer purchases the subscription. However when a subscription renews it is reducing the price by another 50%. So for example, the product base price is AUD36, the GBP price is £18, but when it the subscription renews in pounds it is charging £9.
