WPML not working

We have copied and modified all emails we use. We have also linked the correct languages ​​in the editor. However, after placing an order we receive the wrong template… Do you know how to change this? We searched but couldn’t find anything… We hope you can help us out and fix the issue…

We upload 2 images; one is the new theme we create in your plugin.
The other one is the mail we get after buying in another language.

We did everything exact as you tell on you documentation.
