“Write a review” not working

Hi, I am using elementor pro and I have added the widget “review form” and nothing appears on the front end. I have tried adding it with shortcode but it is the same. When I try to display like popup it shows “write a review” button but when clicked user see only blank white window. No error in console log, no other plugins with the same functionality. Any ideas why user can see my reviews but can’t add a new one? Thanks.
