Wrong Totals for cart

Hi, my cart is showing the wrong totals and making my customers pay 10x the price of the purchase when using the base currency (we had to refund a number of customers). We have tested it many times and narrowed the issue to the multi currency plugin as this does not occur after we have disabled the plugin. This issue also has some specific triggers, like from an adroid phone when membership discount is applied, or sometimes at random. Issues still occur when membership discount plugin is disabled. Also, some of the price display on base currency also shown up as wrong value at times.

*do note that this plugin that is currently installed is a customized one for special price rounding.
