z-index of the bar

Hi , I would like the bar to be one level below the mobile menu on the left of my site. Bar is normally placed on the top, but now while waiting for the resolution of this problem I had to put it in the bottom. Problem is that bar ends above the search field, above the menu.

Can you help me to modify the z-index value of the bar ?
