Subject: Request for Refund – Plugin Issue Hello Plugin Team, I hope you’re doing well. I recently purchased your premium plugin with the expectation that it would import products with variants from Shopify to woocommerce correctly. However, I’ve encountered an issue: when a product has a single variant, it’s being imported as a simple product instead. As we needed to use this feature urgently today and purchased the premium version today, we would appreciate an IMMEDIATE REFUND. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best, SB.
