NOT WORKING Properly

Good day! I just purchased the plugin and it is not working properly! When entering to edit a product the options and fields for entering the timer info (in the product data tab) just flash for a second and then disappear. Due to this, I am not able to customize the timer for my product(s).

Please advise!
