Create Reminder Email Template

The plugin Coupon Reminder for WooCommerce allows creating multiple coupon reminder email templates with different content.

• Create email templates: the plugin allows to create many coupon reminder email templates to send at different times.
• Subject: you are able to change the subject of the coupon reminder email.
• Heading: change the heading of the coupon reminder email.
• Content: change the content of the reminder email with text, media and shortcodes.
• Shortcode: the plugin provides shortcodes, allows you to display necessary information in the coupon reminder email.
• {coupon_value}: the value of the coupon. It can be a percentage or currency amount depending on coupon type.
• {coupon_code}: the code of coupon that will be sent to your subscribers.
• {date_expires}: the expires date of the coupon.
• {last_valid_date}: That last day that coupon is valid.
• {products}: a list of product which the coupon can be used.
• {site_title}: The title of your website.
• Use Coupon button: the use coupon appear in the email. Allow customers to go to your shop and use the coupon. You can change the text and the link of the Use coupon button.
• Design the Use Coupon button: the plugin provides options for you to change the Use Coupon button text and background color.
• Preview email: you can preview the review reminder email in the back-end.

Send Reminder Email

Once a day, the plugin will scan your coupon and schedule to send reminder emails with the email template you created.

• Scan coupons: the plugin will scan your WooCommerce coupons once a day. With coupons which have expired date and specific allowed emails address, the plugin will schedule to send coupon reminder emails.
• Sending time: you are to select a time to send with each email templates. For example 1 day before the expired time, 12 hours before expired time…
• Manage scheduled email: you can manage scheduled emails in the backend. Select to send coupon reminder email manually. Or cancel scheduled emails.
• Report: the statistic page the plugin back-end provide you information about sent emails. You can check coupon, email template, sending time, totally open, total click of each coupon reminder email.
