An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consume

when I try to connect extension I receive the following message “Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.”

Tried everything from forum – nothing helps. Contacted Hostinger support (where the website is hosted) – they tried something and told to contact you directly as nothing helps. Please assist
