Don’t see the file and taxonomy not working

I have the pro version of pofily and the Filter by taxonomy for categories and tags (values) does not work. I have a ton of products with the tags but it does not show the products when I click on that tag.
I also have no idea what account I used to purchase it. I do remember being locked out of my account for using a new card, for a new purchase but never could get it back.
