Evergreen works erratically

We have a problem with the evergreen Countdown option; it behaves erratically.

First of all, we are using a version of the plugin that you gave me in another ticket: https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/countdown-evergreen-no-work/

The theme I am using is Flatsome, in its latest version 3.18.2.

The problem is that evergreen does not renew correctly on some occasions.

There is no pattern, in some offers everything works perfectly, but in many others, it does not renew and deletes the offer price, leaving the regular price.

This is a problem since all the items in the store have an offer, and all have evergreen activated.

We have to find the offer price again and manually add it back to each offer that fails… a very tedious and time-consuming job.

In the error_log file, I see a recurring problem with the plugin:

I don’t understand much but I see: “VI_SCT_SALES_COUNTDOWN_TIMER_Cron->sctv_schedule_remove_sale_products()”

It seems to be the problem I have, that it deletes the offer price.

Can you help me with this?
First, I need the evergreen to automatically renew forever, obviously 🙂

Secondly, in case of a failure, it should not revert to the regular price, but maintain both the regular and offer prices. Deleting the offer price is not good for us 🙂
