issue that i have with short link

Hi,
sometimes when I create a short code, the customer or the other party who clicks on the link, have to click it twice or 3 times to see the specification, why is this happening?
Sometimes it just opens the link to build the product but without the parts that are in the link itself, so you have to click a second time.
