Plugin Installed & Not Showing Up

I just bought the plugin and installed successfully and am not able to access anything in the WP dashboard. The sidebar menu item for the plugin doesn’t show up. I tried out the free version of this plugin and it worked. I am not able to see the Also, I don’t have a woocommerce site. Not sure if this affects anything.
