Sale price

Good day,
when the price changes, what happens is that the regular price (CZK 143) is maintained and the new price (CZK 142) is given as the sale price. see picture price01
How should I do it if I want only the new price (CZK 142) to be given as a regular price?

I note that in the rules for the price, I have set -1 in the column Sale price, see picture price02
