Sales Countdown – back end design not appearing on front end

I’ve recently updated the plugin to enable its to style the countdown timer for mobile sizes, but since the update the backend design is now not mirrored on the front end?

We want the circular design and with white text, but it’s not appearing.

What are we doing wrong?

FYI – We’re using WordPress and working with a Salient plugin.

ALSO – The design looked fine, before we paid for the update (to enable us to use mobile design features).
