Sync Instagram not working.

Hi,

I am having trouble on syncing the Instagram. It’s just keeps on loading, not sure if there is issue on the set up. Also, does Page id and Business ID matters on the set up? I’m a bit confused of what I should used, if the Business page ID or the just the Page ID. Because they are different but both of the ID’s are not doing the sync.
Please assist me with this.
