Tracking not showing anymore

[2] i want to add this ( https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/213703667-How-to-use-Automatic-Feedback-Service- ) to the 1st email order that the client receives

as in the help center of trustpilot https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021253259-How-to-use-Automatic-Feedback-Service-without-a-BCC-field

i have to add first this snippet

can you help ? also can be a BCC added to the emails ?
