Unable to integrate WooCommerce Lookbook

I recently purchased your WooCommerce lookbook plugin amongst others for my e-commerce store .

However going through the instructions for setting up,
When I get to http://www.instagram.com/developer
And I click on “manage clients” settings button so as to register new client ID .

I get a registration disabled notification and I have been stuck here since purchase.
