URGENT issue for an OFFICAL SITE (css couldn’t be overwritten)

There is an urgent issue with this plugin showing on our official site. I used the plugin on staging site, it’s looking good. But, once I tried to copy the setting to production site, Css couldn’t be shown correctly.

The customized css in general setting just couldn’t overwrite the setting in

After realizing this, I tried to change things in General setting, but finally, the part looks totally broken on my pro site, and I felt it’s getting further from my staging site.

If you read this email, could you please allow me to set a Zoom/ Team meeting with you, or any tools you can suggest that we have a short meeting to look through this issue? I can share you my screen and explain the complicated issue in two mins.

We are putting this timer an official/national site, so I really hope you can help me on this part. It is the toppest part that the audience looks at on our website too. A big appreciation in advance!
